Stopped in on a Saturday just browsing and decided to pursue a 2023 Street Glide! We felt at home throughout the entire process. The time spent there on 6/15/2023 was the best experience that i have ever had, everyone there was beyond awsome, they were so great that i didn't even ride the bike i got because they are that trusting, never had anyone second guess me or try to sell me anything i didn't want. After be turned away by two dealerships closest to me Black Jack Harley was the only dealership in the state of South Carolina that would help me with a rider-to-rider purchase. Black Jack Harley has the best customer service and coaches around! I attended a 3 day training course along with 5 others. To start off, Brittney M, had the whole weekend so organized. She had everything laid out for us on our 1st day. She responded quickly to my emails and helped when I needed assistance. She gets the job done promptly and accurately. I love her! Going on down to my coaches...Ray C and Jay were amazing! They were so patient and willing to help everyone. Jay was very straight to the point and pushed us to learn to ride the correct way. Ray went above and beyond to make sure that everyone got the proper training that they needed to become a safe driver. His knowledge was plentiful. I couldn't have asked for a better trio. What do you do when you are traveling from VA to Daytona Beach Bike week, going 70 mph on I-95 and lose your clutch? You call Florence H-D, get Taye on the phone and let him know you are 20 mins away with a bike you arent sure you can safely stop. What does Taye do? He stays on the phone with you (relaying through your wife and her co-worker) to guide you through how to slow your bike, shift gears without a clutch and safely exit the highway, navigate three intersections (with stop lights), pull into the service area and safely stall the bike 5 feet from his team! THENwithin 1.5 hours Ryan the technician works his magic and gets you back on the road to Daytona for bike week. David, the service manager at Black-Jack H-D in Florence, SC knows how to lead a team. Thank you to the Sales team (who initially answered my call when I said I going 70 mph on the highway and dont have a clutchI think I have an emergency).Thank you for your knowledge, patience and hospitality! There will a token of our appreciation coming to you in the mail as soon as I get back home next week.

I wanted to put a big shout-out for some of the employees at Black Jack H-D. While traveling home from Daytona Bike Week, my Road Glide developed a front end shake. So I pulled in to the Dealership for help. Nic Misseldine in Service greeted me at the door, and got me moving, and had my bike in the service bay within 15 minutes of my arrival. The Technician assigned to take care of my ride found my front wheel bearings were shot, and causing my front tire to wear unevenly, causing the shimmy shake. While Nic lined up my ESP and Ray was fixing my bike, Pam in reception made me a fresh pot of coffee to help warm me up, since I'd already put on almost 200 miles that morning. Caitlyn helped me in motor clothes too. In a very reasonable amount of time, the service department had my bike finished, washed, and ready for me to get on the road and finish out the remaining miles between Florence SC and New Bern NC safely. So big kudos to Nic, Raymond, Pam, and Caitlyn, and other staff, who made me feel a part of the "Black Jack" family while hanging out in your clean, comfortable, friendly facility. I'd be happy to call Black Jack my dealership, if I lived in the local area. Other dealerships would be lucky to have employees of their caliber.

I was a 1st time buyer and new rider. I came into look and get a feel for what I wanted. Everybody was super nice and helpful and walked me through and showed all the options and styles. I had a smaller budget in mind and after looking at a few bikes and running some numbers I'm very proud to say they went well above and beyond without pressuring me into a sale to meet that budget and even exceed it in saving me money on a fantastic used 2013 Fat Bob 103. I highly recommend Black Jack and all the crew for your first or next purchase and will continue to take my business to them for all my needs. I just happened to be in town for Myrtle Beach Hurricane Alley Rally, and cruised in to Blackjack Harley just to check it out. We were greeted by Teri who made sure we had whatever size we needed of everything we looked at. Before I know it, I'm chatting up Michael about a particularly awesome looking Heritage. All of my questions were answered in a very friendly, non-sales environment. I've had several less-than-stellar dealership experiences in the past with HD, but this was completely the opposite. I changed my mind on the bike (unrelated to the experience) but if in the future I were looking to add to the stable in the garage, I WOULD NOT HESITATE to ride nearly 6 hours just to deal with the fine folks at Blackjack Harley!! Even my bank loan officer agreed. True story.

My brother bought a 2012 limited with the tequila sunrise paint job so I wanted one just like it. I was told that deal could never happen. But low and behold they got a 2012 limited tequila sunrise for me the very next day. What are the chances of that. The crew at Black Jacks are not just there to make a living there are there because they are making a family. Could not ordered it new in that time frame. So happy to meet everyone there.
