The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Road Glide® RR is a limited-edition motorcycle designed using Harley-Davidson® Factory Racing technology. Only 131 motorcycles will be produced globally. This motorcycle combines advanced engineering and high-performance specifications for street riding.
Engine Specifications
The Screamin’ Eagle® 131 engine powers the 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Road Glide® RR. It is the most powerful Milwaukee-Eight® engine available in a Harley-Davidson® production motorcycle, producing 153 horsepower at 5750 RPM and 150 ft-lb torque at 4750 RPM. Engine specifications include CNC-ported heads, Screamin’ Eagle® internals, and an SE8-550 camshaft. The bore is 4.310 inches, the stroke is 4.5 inches, displacement measures 131 cubic inches, and the compression ratio is 11.0:1. The motorcycle uses Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI). Performance testing follows method J1349, with an estimated fuel economy of 40 mpg (city/highway).
Transmission and Drive Train
The Screamin’ Eagle® Racing King 6-speed transmission is specifically engineered for durability under racing conditions. This transmission features shot-peened gears, strengthened shafts, and back-cut shift dogs. The primary drive uses a chain with a 34/46 ratio. Overall gear ratios range from 10.233 in first gear to 3.067 in sixth gear.
Materials and Components
The motorcycle incorporates a titanium Akrapovič 2-into-1 exhaust system, which reduces weight by over 10 pounds compared to standard exhaust systems. Bodywork utilizes lightweight carbon fiber materials, while mid-foot controls and the swingarm are billet aluminum.
Suspension and Chassis
The suspension system features Öhlins race-spec components. The front suspension uses 43mm Öhlins FGR inverted forks adjustable for preload, compression, and rebound damping. The rear suspension has dual Screamin’ Eagle® Öhlins Remote Reservoir shocks, fully adjustable, measuring 14 inches. The chassis has a rake of 26 degrees, a trail of 6.7 inches, and lean angles of 37 degrees (right) and 36 degrees (left).
Braking System
The braking system consists of Brembo™ GP4-RX CNC four-piston front calipers with 320mm T-drive rotors. The rear brakes use a four-piston Brembo™ caliper paired with a 300mm rotor.
Tire and Wheel Specifications
Tires are Dunlop® Harley-Davidson® Series with front tire specifications of 130/60B19 M/C 61H and rear specifications of 180/55B18 M/C 80H. Wheels are cast aluminum with seven spokes in black and include the CVO™ RR logo on the front wheel.
Electronics and Riding Modes
Nine selectable riding modes, including Track and Track Plus, customize power delivery, traction control, braking responsiveness, and engine braking to match rider preferences and conditions. LED lighting is integrated to improve visibility and aerodynamic efficiency.
Infotainment and Connectivity
Infotainment is provided through a 12.3-inch touchscreen powered by Skyline™ OS, offering wireless Apple CarPlay®, Bluetooth®, embedded navigation, AM/FM radio, USB-C/MTP/iPod/iPhone connectivity, and over-the-air software updates. A Harley-Davidson® Packtalk Edge wireless Bluetooth® headset is included. Rider/passenger intercom capability is available (passenger headset sold separately). The system also supports multiple languages. A Rockford Fosgate® Stage III audio system provides 500 watts of output through two 6.5-inch fairing-mounted speakers.

Safety systems include Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Linked Braking (ELB), Traction Control System (TCS), Drag-Torque Slip Control System (DSCS), Vehicle Hold Control (VHC), Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), Cornering Enhanced ABS (C-ABS), Cornering Enhanced Electronic Linked Braking (C-ELB), Cornering Enhanced Traction Control (C-TCS), and Cornering Drag-Torque Slip Control (C-DSCS).
